This is a WARNING to all restaurants in Saigon working with WisePass. They have not paid me for their member scans at my restaurant this year. I have talked to a few other restaurant owners and I'm apparently not the only one. After communicating with them on April 25th, 2019 they informed me that they are waiting for a large injection of capital that they expect to receive by the end of the month. It has now been 8 weeks since my initial request to receive payment. After contacting them again on June 12th, 2019 I was informed that they are still waiting to receive that capital. While attempting to get information on when I would receive payment, WisePass Country Manager, Jeremy Lemaire, directed me to contact Lam Tran (Owner of WisePass) stating, "he is the one handling such details and he could be the one able to answer you on that matter." and continues, "I am just an employee of WisePass company."
